Easy DJ Mixer is licensed to you under Apple's Standard End User License Agreement. The notes below explain the parts specific to this app.
Easy DJ Mixer plays and mixes audio files stored on your own device. It does not supply music, and it cannot play tracks from Spotify, Apple Music, or other streaming services.
You are responsible for the audio you import. Only use music you own or otherwise have the right to use. Mixing or performing music in public may require licences from rights holders in your country — that is between you and them, not something this app grants.
The two demo tracks included with the app are generated by the app itself and are free for you to use however you like.
Sign-in exists only to identify you on your device. There is no server, so there is no account for us to suspend, and no data for us to lose. You can delete your account and all imported audio at any time from the Account menu inside the app.
This app can produce loud output, especially through headphones. Please protect your hearing and keep levels sensible.
The app is provided "as is". We do our best to make it stable and accurate, but we can't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and features such as automatic BPM detection are estimates rather than guarantees.
These terms may be updated alongside app updates. The date at the top will change when they do.
